主持催产素神经元协调泌乳项目;共同主持孤独与催产素在 AD 中的 Ambizione 项目;参与强迫症深部脑刺激转化项目。Directing oxytocin-lactation project; co-directing the Ambizione loneliness–oxytocin–AD project; co-directing a DBS translational project for OCD.

开发光纤束光度成像系统(多位点双色在体成像);建立泌乳大鼠神经记录方法表征催产素爆发动力学;揭示社交缓冲恐惧后中央杏仁核的慢性可塑性机制。Built a fiber-bundle photometry system for multi-site dual-color imaging; established recording methods for lactating rats to characterize oxytocin bursts; demonstrated chronic plasticity in central amygdala following social buffering of fear.

以 opto-tagging 与光纤光度研究社交行为中的催产素神经元;测试新型 GRAB 传感器在体测量催产素释放;鉴定小细胞催产素神经元为躯体感觉输入的关键编排者。Led oxytocin-neuron research in social behavior via opto-tagging & photometry; tested novel GRAB sensors for in vivo oxytocin release; identified parvocellular oxytocin neurons as orchestrators of somatosensory input.

建立在清醒大鼠中靶向、记录与调控催产素神经元的分步方案;鉴定下丘脑中差异化调控摄食的神经元群。Created step-by-step protocols to target, record and manipulate oxytocin neurons in awake rats; identified hypothalamic populations differentially regulating feeding.
