我是 唐焰,专注于情感环路、社会行为与神经接口。我的研究从机制发现出发,以在体电生理、光纤记录与神经传感为核心能力,驶向可验证的临床转化。 I'm Yan Tang, working across emotional circuits, social behavior and neural interfaces. My research moves from mechanism to translation through in vivo electrophysiology, fiber photometry and neural sensing.

When touch
becomes connection

第二次靠港,问题从“神经信号如何编码”推进到“身体接触如何改变社会行为”。在海德堡,我以因果环路研究追踪抚摸如何招募小细胞催产素神经元,并促进社会交流。At the second port, the question moved from how neural signals encode to how bodily contact changes social behavior. In Heidelberg, I traced how touch recruits parvocellular oxytocin neurons and promotes social exchange.

抚摸,为什么让我们更愿意靠近彼此?Why does touch make us more willing to approach one another?

研究揭示社交触摸经 parvOT 微环路促进雌鼠间交流与社交兴趣。这不是一张孤立的论文卡片,而是海德堡阶段形成的完整能力:提出社会行为问题、定位细胞类型,并用因果实验验证环路。The study revealed a parvOT microcircuit through which social touch promotes interfemale communication and social interest. It represents a complete capability built in Heidelberg: framing a social question, identifying the cell type, and testing the circuit causally.

第三次靠港,研究从即时的社会接触进入持续的神经可塑性:陪伴不只让当下平静,它还能在恐惧环路中留下改变。At the third port, the work moved from immediate social contact into lasting neural plasticity. Companionship does more than calm the present; it can leave a change in fear circuits.

社交陪伴经催产素在中央杏仁核引发持续可塑性,形成社会缓冲并促进恐惧消退。能力由单一细胞扩展到神经肽释放、群体动力学与长时程行为改变。Social companionship triggers sustained oxytocin-driven plasticity in the central amygdala, producing social buffering and fear extinction. The capability expands from single cells to peptide release, population dynamics and lasting behavioral change.
